Ts not dizziness, I don't know what it is!!!
It feels like I might pass out but I never do!
It's hard to focus my eyes and I feel like I am going to fall over with weak legs.
I've had it for over a year and I try to keep telling myself if it was something bad it would have happened by now!
I've had hundreds of tests and I know it's stress after having two pregnancy losses.
And I get it when not feeling anxious but on e it arrives, I have anxiety attacks! So bloody tired of it!!

Ok,..quick test. Do you have any orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, or fresh fruits? If so, drink or eat some and tell me what that does in less than 10 minutes...k? :)

Ok..next time that happens or when you get home, try that. Something high in simple carbs/sugars...I've had those feelings out of the blue, hypoglycemic. And no, I'm not diabetic. It just means your blood glucose/sugars dropped low enough to make you feel wwwwooooooozzzzzyyyyyy.....:)

Even if it happens all day?

You didn't say that!! All day!!

Anxiety...OR...when was the last time you had a blood test to check for anemia?..

OR...do you have enough sodium in your diet because you say that you excercise and eat "clean"...maybe too clean. :)

Have you been feeling more wiped out than normal? You might be a little low in iron or potassium.

I agree with trinidiva, you may be low in some kind of nutrient. Do you take any supplements? The usual ones that help with anxiety are vitamin B12, magnesium, vitamin D, and omega fatty acids. You said you had tests done, but does that include blood work?

Stress/anxiety can lead to a lot of uncomfortable physical symptoms, but they can also deplete your body of certain nutrients. You might want to experiment with a multivitamin and some supplements to see if that helps.

I'm seeing a fertility specialist so yes, have had extensive blood and urine tests. I have low vit d but not alarmingly low. I am on supplements for that. I know it's anxiety just wish I could convince my brain!!
