Hello everyone,
I am new here and am currently trying to recover from agoraphobia.
I've had anxiety for about ten years now and it has been a very emotional journey.
I have learnt alot about anxiety over the past few years, when I first began to suffer with it I didn't know what was happening to me, it was so scary. :cry:
I read a Claire Weekes book and that helped me alot and I now do relaxation cd's everyday which I think help.
At one point I was completely housebound but I am now managing to go out the house if I am with someone, I am very scared of facing going out alone.
Anyway that's a bit about me and I hope I can help others on this forum too. :)
