Overwhelming feeling of fear

In a large crowd for a points banquet and had an overwhelming felling hit me like I would passout or stop breathing what can I do????

Just do your breathing exercises. You may not consciously be breathing correctly, causing hyperventilation.
Breath in deeply through your nose, blow out through your mouth. Continue until you start to feel your heart rate return to normal. You will be fine!

What's strange is my heart rate was 68-75???? Normally it's over 100 when this happens, now I feel dizzy just really scared me

Probably some kind of vaso-vagal attack.

I get them every now and then. You feel very breathless and lightheaded...and hot, yet cold.
