So I'm getting anxiety because of it.. How dumb! I always think the worst! Ugh

Sorry to hear that. My anxiety definitely causes some of my stomach pain/digestive upset. Could just be something you ate/drank though, of course. You'll notice that the worst of what you think never really actually happens, thankfully.
