Pain.

Does anyone else suffer with chronic migraines??how do you deal with them?I am on meds but they aren't helping!!!:-(

I generally don't, but for some reason tonight, I have one. It all starts in my neck though. Severe damage in the cervical spine. I tried some acetaminophen and a cup of strong coffee. (I'd take Excedrin if I had any)...

If this doesn't work, then I'll have to go for a xanax instead. It's more than likely stresses of the busy holidays and such..

I also put some pain cream on the back of the neck (this is where all the nerves to the head are bundled together so it may relax them) therefore reducing the headache pains...

What meds do you have and which ones do you take for this??
