So last night i tried to lower my dose of propranolol and not take the night time tablet bt failed cuz the damn anxiety kicked in.

But i'm trying again tonight!

Ah sorry was just being nosey as to what time it might be where you are so you have almost made it to bedtime and then tomorrow you won't have any worries about not taking it

Just wondering how you got on and do you take a morning dose or is that you completely off propanolol?

Yeah i have to take a morning dose of 10mg but i havent taken it yet.

Last night was fine :) i managed without taking it thank you
