Hi all,
sometimes I wonder if the word "anxiety" is enough to send us in a panic mode. Staying calm should be practiced when the attack does not occur. Do we bring on anxiety ourselves? Or is it because of someone or something else? What do you think? Let me know. Alita

It is the distorted perceptions of the things that we see, hear, feel, sense, that causes anxiety..or maybe in my case, genetics. Yay! :)
