Ok do I have the flu at the moment and feel like I can't breathe all day everyday and I no bring sick doesn't help the symptoms or thoughts but does anyone else have breathing problems and worrys all day everyday also I can't do no exercise because I'm always out if breath if I do the slightest bit of exercise I feel like I have run a marathon doctors say everything is fine and it's all tension but how do I feel normal again
