Well. I've probably got anxiety :L

Well like, 5 months ago I got high off marijuana for the first time.

At the start of using it, nothing happened to I took a few more hits. Then it hit me and I panicked hardcore. It was so scary for the first 10 minutes, I was panicking so much. After that it lasted like 10 hours and it was quite cool.
For the next 2 months everything was fine, except for the random wake up at night and sleep paralysis, which I get occasionally.

3 months after getting high for the first time, I got drunk off vodka. The next day I still felt the drunkeness.
2days later I was at a friends house and randomly everything went in slow motion and my site went fuzzy, I thought I was gonna randomly faint, like how it gets when your drunk or high. It was so weird, initially I thought it was the fact that his brother may have smoked a bit so I got 2nd hand high.
It lasted like 12 hours.
The next day I was bussing to another friends house, and I was feeling good. It was really hot. Randomly, everything went in slow motion, I felt really weird and my breathing and sight got messed up (fuzzy and slow breathing, like I wasn't getting enough air). I panicked out A LOT. So my friend came to pick me up.
The next week I went to the doctors and took some blood tests - nothing out of the ordinary.
They thought it was psychological and I may have some depression and anxiety disorders or something. But idk, is it mental or is it cancer or some other disease ?

Since then, I have been feeling really weird pretty much everyday. It's never as bad but occasionally, like every month or so it gets to the slowmo stage. Usually it's just weird feeling of breathing and sight and like I'm gonna faint perhaps.

I mean.... how do I fix this, because I'm scared of doing things now.
Like my family and I are travelling overseas next year, and it's a really hot country and I have this weird problem where I hate breathing in hot air... so how will that affect me ? will I get that feeling again ? will I die or something > _ < please help :L

Sorry nobody replied!!!
Sounds like anxiety to me.. You should talk to your family Dr and possibly discuss a medication or some therapy.. Smoking pot for some people can trigger anxiety symptoms that are unnerving and then strikes a fear each time after because of the initial fear... I am in no way against pot but some people just can't tolerate it..
You're ok, but you should def speak to your Dr and discuss your anxiety... And whatever you do, don't try to research your symptoms on the internet ;)
Keep calm as best as you can, and when its too much just come on here and have a chat..
Best wishes :)

Meh. I have talked to the Dr and they were gonna set up some counselling courses. Months later and no reply. Guess not then, oh well.

... I'm just sick of this constant breathing feeling

I just had my first evening of relief from breathing difficulties yesterday, it's been a month or so that I've been living with it. I went to the cardiologist and passed a stress/echo test, and had two Pulse-Ox tests (an electronic device that clips on the end of a finger) which indicated 98% saturation, so obviously I can breathe, it's just labored and I feel short of breath.

I get the urge to yawn excessively and I seldom get a satisfying yawn, it always starts but doesn't go to the point that it feels good. If you seen a doctor about it and you were having symptoms at that time, it may just be anxiety. I go through this a few times every year, you're right, it sucks.

Visit the following link, it talks about when to worry about breathing problems but is mostly focused on stress and anxiety.

Tense and anxiety prone people breath shallow and fast. If you Hyperventilate by breathing too fast, you actually have too much Oxygen and to little Carbon Dioxide, and this in itself makes us more tense and signals the body to breath faster, which further upsets the balance, which makes us more tense, etc.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this, have you consulted with your doctor at all? I would definitely start there!! :)
