Going nuts!!

Ok I checked my blood pressure and when it was finished it detected an irregular heart beat!! But my paluse rate was 75 and my blood pressure was 126/63 I'm so scared guys!!! Please somebody respond ...

Sometimes when my anxiety is high I feel as if my heart will "flutter" but my blood pressure and pulse is perfectly normal

Is this the first time the irregular symbol came up? I know my doctor has told me many times when my anxiety is high or I am having a panic attack that irregular heartbeat is a common anxiety symptom. I would try take it again after you've had time to calm down and relax. Since your pulse and blood pressure are fine I think it's just the anxiety.

My blood pressure machine gives me the ol' irregular heart beat symbol too...and it's usually when my pulse is high (like 75 +) ..I think it's perfectly normal..

Hah, our darn hearts can't be perfect all the time right? Important thing is that they just need to work and keep on pumping.. :)

That's true that shit scared the fuck out of me and I've been having having chest pain for almost 3 months so by me seeing that it scared me.. I've had 9 ekgs and they all are normal I checked my bloodpressure 6 more times after and no irregular heart beat came up..

I get that a lot too recently but after I had an EKG blood work and a physical my doctor concluded it was the anxiety giving me acid reflux and heartburn. It always scares the hell out of me so I feel your pain!!

Ah, sorry about that chest pain.. 9 ekgs, maybe the fact that they are all normal you could use that to help calm you down a little.. :)

And yeah, usually when I check pressure again, the irregular symbol is gone..just a benign abnormality..
