I've just recently started having panic attacks out of nowhere.. They started a few months ago .. Mostly happens at night, I'll wake up heart racing and I get really hot, palms sweating and feel like I can't breath.. I went to the doctor .. Gave me Prozac .. I just started taking it so hopefully it helps .. Anyone else have these symptoms .. It's very scary
