Electric shocks

Omg I am having like little electric shocks in my left side does anyone else get this?

WM,

Take a hot bath or shower.
Have yer hubby put some lotion on your back.
Also, lotion or muscle rub goop on your side where the shocks are to numb the nerve endings..
It's just your CNS playing tricks on you...normal...
I used to get them alot on my back so I just coat the back scrubber with lotion and rub it on...friggin awesome and gone.
Especially in the winter months...dries out the skin surface where nerve endings are.

I hate how anxiety always makes you think the worst first I have put muscle rub on and it has worked wonders
