Back question????

Does anyone have any insite to what this might be??? So there is one spot where my back hurts and it makes my chest hurt as well when my boyfriend rubs it he says it is nt a knot why could it be

Yep. Probably reflux or you just carry your stress in your back. Mine is the same way. It could also be posture or where your bra strap is rubbing a nerve.

its a stressed out muscle.. sometimes it will go into spasm or cramps. And also acid reflux as mentioned by the others. My entire back is stiff as a board and really really sore.
Go get a thai massage. Feels soo goood
