I actually had chest pains yesterday myself, it is called ANGINA..
Why? Because I forgot to take my BP medication!
It is generally harmless, unless you're 87 years old, have smoked since you were 3, and eat a pound of bacon every morning too.
It is caused by STRESS.. I just may have a tiny bit of that, hmmm...Yup! I do..
It was right in the center, right where the heart muscle is located..
I took my BP med today (atenolol, one teeny tiny little tablet 25mg) and I have NO chest pain..
YAY!!
Amazing how that works...an intended purpose, and also a positive result from chemically engineered intention.
Take your meds as prescribed, Mr. E-Man...:)
