Reading was under 70 - my specialist said to start taking vitamin d supplements straight away. I have had recurrent miscarriages and apparently this can be a cause and could explain my anxiety and panic attacks

I have 4 ng/ml d3 vit level. My doc prescribed 25000 UI twice a month. And once a month for next months.

I'm wondering if there is a difference in what they recommend as low.... They told me mine was low but it was 29... Now I see 70 is low per some of the posts above. I'm wondering if this is a different measurement scale based off our locations / doctors / recommended daily values?

I read today that 30 - 100 is normal. I researched because I got my lab results back and mine was 14, I have to start taking it daily.

All the info you need. Maximize your Vitamin D levels and you will feel better. I know it worked for me.
