I started reducing my propanolol last night I took 20 instead of 30mg and my anxiety decided to play a game telling me my heart was racing when it wasn't and making me think my heart was beating really hard when it wasn't!!
So this morning when I took my tablets and I felt ok but now my anxiety is trying to mimic a heart attack I am a little breathless breaking out in cold sweats Urgh I wish it would leave me alone it goes away when I say it's just anxiety but for a split second I have that horrible thought which I know is feeding into it and its laughing at me
I just want to scream!
