Does anyone get this

The left side of my face and ear is really hot as if the sun is beaming on it. Just on the one side though. Is this from anxiety?

I get that every once in a while. I wouldn't worry about it.

I had this once I thought my bp was sky high but was just anxiety my face went red and hot to touch are you on any meds?

I take 30mg of Vyvanse

I would def say anxiety rather than a side effect splash cold water on it and see if it goes down

Sometimes when im anxious my left ear has intense waves of heat going through it. Im guessing its the blood pumping around harder than usual..

And since this is a post about hot face, and or hot ears..then I will tell you that your ears are in a link of the (para-sympathetic nervous system) so when you do become stressed, and most often more than not, very tired, the ears and or ear will turn red, feel hot, and also spread to the face, and also cause headaches but only on the side where the ear and face are hot feeling...If both ears are red and hot, then most people think its a migraine. It's just a headache. If this happens, take acetaminophen, and or also an anti-histamine like chlorphenaramine with ice water and lay down for 30 mins....This will subside generally. I have had this many, many times (100's)....:D

It isn't a disease, it's a by-product of anxiety and stress. Relax.

Can stress on the nerves like that put pressure on the face muscles? Maybe that's why under my cheek feels heavy-ish even though it doesn't look it and I have fill movement and feeling

Myself and another relative in my family get unilateral redness in the external ear, and I mean beet red.

It doesn't last long, perhaps 20 minutes to an hour. It doesn't happen often, several times a year perhaps. The doctor said it's just the body's way of eliminating heat, and it does feel hot when it's occurring. The face near it is involved as well.
