Well I went to my GP yesterday and decided to take another few weeks off and go back to work in the new year on a phased return.

I'm nervous about it but I hope when I get back to routine it will help me a bit. Anxiety is a bitch, it's so consuming and takes over, it's awful!!

Awww thanks :-) I just know everyone here suffers so I like to try and be smiley and nice and positive ha ha!

Breaking bad is good! I thought it was a bit slow to begin with but getting more interesting and my brother assures me it gets amazing, better than the walking dead apparently! I refuse to believe that at the moment though, the walking dead is just awesome!!
