Anybody else get severe IBS after an anxious period of time? Its so bad. Everytime I eat its the chest pains shortness of breath and my stomach becomes bloated and very painful when I touch it.
I avoid eating at all costs..,

You should go to a Gastro specialist... Could just have a bit if an ulcer that irritates you tract when you interact with different foods..
