That's true. I'm happy you had all major heart test. That's amazing I need the echo and stress test to have peace of mind .. Because everyday I'm in constant chest pain and someone told me EKG aren't that good.

Excellent!!! Positive steps forward bruh! :)
Hi guys, I have been dealing with similar issues for few years now, they could never really tell me what it was at the time (couple years back), I had blood pressure, EKG, chest x-ray and all came back absolutely fine, my doc said it must be acid reflux and so went into steps of trying to lower that.
I basically quit eating big meals, smoking, drinking as much alcohol, and then began to get fit, and my chest problems went away for quite a while. As of right now, they have all come flooding back, but due to my panic attacks currently we have deduced it is anxiety disorder and the chest pains and the pressure feelings are all back.
It's all because of the anxiety disorder, nothing helps it but reducing this. It's so comforting to know people have/had the exact same thing as me.
One of the best things you can do is change your lifestyle all around for the pressure and pains, stop smoking, eat healthier, and most importantly IMO is get exercise, using your muscles makes your body relax which in turn makes your mind relax more because you're so knackered! It's the best natural remedy for anxiety as I know.
At the moment I cannot exercise through a back problem (herniated disc a while back, on the recovery) so I have little to no means to tire out my body, so I am turning to medication to help me through this difficult time I am having right now, full on panic attacks lately, can't go walking in the street without it.
My plan is to continue the medication until I can exercise again and slowly come off them through advice of my doc.
My chest pains when I thought they were acid reflux etc I got rid of by becoming more active and healthier, I didn't even know it was anxiety at the time, but now I know that is the condition I am dealing with now and most likely was back then, and exercise is what changed everything around for me and made me an unbelievably positive person, as soon as I got my injury my general mood and life kind of went downhill.
But here's looking forward.
