Hi. I have been suffering from anxiety for the past few weeks. I am taking celexa 10mg (day 10 today) and Ativan .5mg three times a day. I'm looking for some insight from others who are suffering like I am. I have suffered from anxiety episodes several times in the past and have overcome each time. But it is hard to be positive in the acute phase of anxiety. So, any reassurance would be greatly appreciated. It would be nice to talk to people who can relate to how I feel.

How do you feel being 10 days in?

It's hard to say. I think I'm feeling better. However, I do have episodes of anxiety throughout the day but I feel like I'm managing it better and it doesn't escalate to a panic attack. So, in my opinion, that good. I'm definitely coping better now than I was last week. I'm hopeful that I will continue to feel better so I can get my self back to normal.
