Symptoms of anxiety.

I have been to the doctors as I have been having strange sensations in my legs, which thinking about it, actually get worse when I think about them!
I have been told this could be a part of my anxiety! As they couldn't see any physical cause on a first glance!

Does anyone else get this? I thought I had some awful disease!

Do you take anti-histamines daily? Does this get worse at night?....:)

It's better at night when I'm relaxed. Don't take anti histamines x

I get this all the time!!! Its almost as if you're going to get pins and needles but you dont, like its hard to describe but I know how you feel. I am so glad that I am not the only one!!

Yes I know how you feel I get the same. It's like a burning tingling sensation coming from my feet and going right through my body , it's really hard to explain. Xx

All of the time! They're indescribable. I just always call them a 'weird feeling'

I get it too. It's so weird. Pins and needles. Usually in my arms and shoulders.
