Hello there,
I am a 30 year old Male from England.
I've been suffering from Anxiety since my early adolesence. Up unti early last year it wasn't seriously looked at by anyone in the medical profession so I have mostly just lived with it and the problems it caused. During the course of 2007 though several serious things happened in my life including my Father having a near-fatal heart attack which made my Anxiety a whole lot worse.
It took a couple of months for the Doctors to diagnose me accuratley and it was the fact that I was continually drinking water that finally tipped them off. Since then I have been on medication which helps a great deal with my Mental balance so to speak. I no long suffer from Headaches and Dizzyness when going outside the house and don't spend half the day shivvering in bed. Both of which were happening on a daily basis since my sympotms escalated.
However recently I have been having a dull ache in my right side just under my ribcage which is worrying me and of course this is leading to cyclic thinking regarding what it could be. It's always that last thing before sleep that gets me worrying again.
Still overall I am much better than I have been for many years.
So that's me.
