Burning legs?

Anyone ever experience their thighs feeling like they're hot while trying to go to sleep? People tell me restless leg syndrome but I don't get the feeling like I need to move my legs or get up and walk around. And I'm not sure if it's anxiety related or another health issue..

I get it in my calves at random times...it sounds like nerves.
