This morning I woke feeling like the world was going to end.. Sick, run down, anxiety through the roof.. Had a cuppa tea, and a smoke or two and read through the new threads... Then all of a sudden I was like NO! This is not getting the better if me, I jumped up and went to the gym, had a good sesh went home then went to work and it's very busy... But I feel alot better.. Hit the gym guys! Go for walks! Excersize! The world of difference it makes!!!!!!

Well I've had PTSD for about 4 years now.. So bee struggling with depression, flashbacks all that crap.. And I've had anxiety and panic attacks but never anything like the massive one I had at the airport.. So I'm new but not that new haha I used to be 95kg.. I'm 55kg now :)

Abit of everything truth me told, excersize.. Healthy eating puppy fat, smoking pot, drinking and not eating.. Haha but hey I'm in a healthy life style now.. Well kind of getting there when I was not looking after myself I went down to 45kg.. I could fit my whole fist under my ribs.. Not a hot look haha now I'm muscular and healthy looking..

That's him :) I went there for a holiday.. Things happened in our advance and we met the night I got there.. Went clubbing and was outside a club surrounded by a group of American men.. I mean the accent is a natural turn on over there haha but I saw mike (my partner) through these guys and I just needed to talk to him.. I was drawn to him.. Lust at first sight.. And he felt the same.. We hit it off and I spent majority of my holiday with him.. Been head over heels since. :)

We try vid call as much as possible but with the time zones and me working afternoon shifts and him getting up everyday at godly hours.. It gets abit hard but we work it :) nothing changes between us it just makes it more special when we can see and talk to eachother at the same time :)
