Anyone ever get a feeling like a their heart skipped a beat or jumped or stopped for a second or something??? So scary and now I'm about to panic!! :(

No.. Literally just the weird heart thing. Felt like it skipped a best or stopped for a second or idk very scary

I get hundreds a day, sometimes thousands, documented by testing. Many people get similar things, not everyone feels them though.

Yepp. I get em all daaaay! Extremely unnerving. Ive done all health check ups and im fine so what can I do.. they do always go away eventually. I only get them when im anxious and rarely when im not anxious. Maybe twice a month when im not anxious. Definitely related to your anxiety.

I get a bunch of them is scary I had to stop playing volleyball cause my heart would skip a beat and It would start racing so fast and I would loose my breath and also I would cough is really annoying :/
