I saw fight club in a class last night. For some reason, whenever I watch movies like that in which the character comes down with schizophrenia I always think it is going to happen to me. Anyone else have mental health anxiety like mine? Whats your fear with mental illness?

Yeah when I first watched that at the end I was like omg I started thinking hope that don't happen to me, but the problem I do have with films is if I get really engrossed get really derealised really bad, same with music and this is gonna sound weird but different smells like aftershaves perfumes etc so you this problem to?

yea, I have been noticeing like smells and stuff like when I am thinking about something. its kinda weird

I think it's pretty normal to worry about your own mental health and the possibility of mental health decline.
