Hi All,

I'm 23 and have been suffering from anxiety for around 8 years. It always seems to get worse this time of year and I've not had a bout of it for about a month now but this last week or so the cracks are starting to show and I'm feelin extremely alone.

I have a very supportive husband, but I dont think anyone can understand what anxiety can do to you physically and mentally unless you have experienced it. :agree: Please keep talking there is always someone to listen and understand.
