1. Change the tone of my thoughts from negative to positive.

2. Smiled more.

3. Stop smoking.

4. Stop drinking.

5. Always keep my self entertain.

If I can do this you can to! Don't let anxiety ruin your life!

Fantastic! I am bumping this back onto the first page where lots of people should read it.

Everyone, what Brian did was to acknowledge to himself that there were some things he was doing or was not doing that could have been contributing to his anxiety problem, so, considering he does not want anxiety anymore (that's his goal), then he decided to act on these acknowledgments and do the things he listed above.
