Has anyone had good luck with just 5mg of Lexapro once daily? I am on 10mg and feel its a bit too much. Pretty tired, but do live an extremely busy life. Emotions are a bit dull. If it doesn't work I know 10mg does. Anyone gone from 10mg to 5mg or 7.5mg then 5mg??

Yes, you sure can customize the dose with a pill splitter. Because of the limited dosing options for lexapro(escitalopram) it's common to try this. I did but found prozac better for me. Alankay
