Hi, I have been lurking here and thought it time to share my anxiety...I don't really have anything to be anxious of, but a panic attack started it all for me like 10yrs ago. Although I don't get them anymore, it left me with heart attack anxiety. I feel weird in my chest 24/7, if im not focusing on my breathing im havin pains etc. I get on with life n i dont tk meds...but boy it gets so tiring at times...thx for reading.

I think we might be anxiety twins! My anxiety started with a panic attack and I've had chest pain and heart attack symptoms ever since. When I go to bed it feels like my heart flip flops in my chest so I start to worry and then comes the anxiety and I feel like I'm having a full blown heart attack. Is that what happens to you?

I'm getting better at talking myself through it also. It seems with the holiday stress I'm having trouble every evening after I put my son to bed.

I have those feelings, too. Well, less of a heart attack feeling and just the feeling that I have something horribly wrong with me that involves my lungs or heart. It gets worse at night, and I've had a couple ER visits because of them. Hopefully being a part of this community will help as some sort of reassurance.
