it's happened twice now one a few month ago and one through the night yesterday! it woke me up yesterday night my left hand just felt really tingly tight and sore and it felt like it was getting tighter wen I stretched it out anyone had this

That happens to me when fall asleep on my arm, maybe you just slept on it wrong.

Yes I did wake up that side. it's freaky tho how it woke me up and I've never felt pins and needles as bad as this
