Numb :(

Every now and then my left upper arm near shoulder goes numb for a few seconds then goes away :/ it's happened twice today.. it first started a few month ago. any one know what it can be? anyone had the same? every thing I suffer from is on the left side mainly.. arm pain chest pain! n numbness in my upper arm :(

I get random numb feelings in my left pinky finger. It's usually left for me too. Or sometimes I'll think my lips are numb and have to bite them to check. It's so weird. Today the left side of my left hand has been tingling all day but only when I'm sitting still not focusing on something else
