Hey all, I'm new here and I'm not really sure if this will help me but I have had a massive build up of anxiety over the past 2 weeks and I was kind of wondering how people deal with and manage their anxiety?

First off try and find what's causing you distress. Often counseling will help get to the root of the issue. Things can be troubling us at a lower level and cause anxiety and we need help to find the issue.
Reduce caffeine, alcohol and get some exercise, a good diet and practice some slow breathing and muscle relaxation. Alankay
