Dots anyone experience numbness on one side right under the cheekbone? It happened maybe every other day but it's annoying. It feels like Someone is pushing on it/numb

Yeah, I sometimes get numbness around my mouth and cheeks. It seems to just be part of a panic attack, although I've read about it being linked to mineral deficiencies. Is it something you get all the time, or just once in a while?

It's at least once a day randomly. I think it might be from my grinding my teeth at night. It's just really uncomfortable/frightening. I'm only 21 so I don't think it's anything serious
