Freaking the f out!!!!!!

So earlier today I was standing and felt weird got hot so I sat... Then I got this terrible head rush dizziness and then the left side of my body was like numb.... It passed quickly but I'm terrified stroke or tia...... I also have my period has anyone had this or something????? Please help!!!!!

I think I've read that panic attacks can be triggered by your menstral cycle. Maybe do some reading on that. I'm sorry to hear it, I know how scary it is. I had one tonight too.
