Does anyones elses heart skip beats or flutter around

I woke up in my sleep last night and my heart was racing faster than normal and it has been fluttering but I have been drinking coffees lAtley. Anyone else have this issue

I always get weird skips, pauses. Not so much racing, when I think it's racing it's maybe 90-100 which I know isn't that much of a concern especially when it's very random. I did have a hard time falling asleep last night though because I could feel every beat and instead of being around 68, it was around 75. If it's bothering you I would definitely avoid coffee!

It's crazy because it will be fine then come back . Like mine comes and Goes.

Yes, I get heart palpitations. Feels like "fluttering" or even missing beats... Weird, I know. I get those at random all the time even when I'm not feeling anxious... Oh, and I just quit the coffee. :( Anxiety's been so bad lately that I don't want anything to make it worse.
