Anxiety attack? Or no?

Not sure if this is an anxiety attack. My left eye area has been numb for about 2 hours. Now a weird pain in my head.

Of course now I'm focusing on that feeling and shaky.

I'm paranoid it's a stroke. But have no symptoms that can be physically seen. Ughhhh.

doesn't sound like you have any other signs - did you check out the stroke test? if you try that you may find some comfort.
- lifting arms
- smiling
- repeating simple sentences (that someone else asks you to)

Funny enough, that's one of the first things I tested. It does help reassure, but not rid symptoms.

Imm having sharp pain above my upper right eye imm so scared something's gonna happen -.- i have had a headache all day but now that its night i guess in laying here focused on it :( scared
