Every now and then I'll get sore arms mostly the left it just feels numb and achy or even pained :/ and Since yesterday I've had a problem with my right arm on the elbow joint (had it in the past) it just hurts when I try to straighten or move my arm in a certain way, I haven't done anything to cause it so does anyone have any ideas why i can't straighten it without having pain?
