Anxiety can suck the fun out of you

Hey!!! I just joined and definitely in need of some support of individuals who actually get what I am going through. Anxiety is tough. It got pretty bad last week where I ended up in the hospital. Scared to use meds but if they work I think I might. I wouldn't even know where to go and how to get them. I never been apart of a support group so this is exciting for me! Hope everyone is well.
