Yeh when you panic all your muscles tighten up :( have a hot bath n try to relax. That's what I do :)

I have palpitations daily and I get chest tightness as well with it... my chest feels like there is a band all around about where a bra band would sit and I get weird pains all through my upper chest. I think it's normal because we are overly anxious and tense.
