Has anyone done the lindon method

I'm really want to try to linden method but it's a no medication anxiety elimination programme it just makes me think how is that going to work that's never gonna work for me no chance will it get rid of this it's impossible it's just to good to be true that's why I've never brought it I've subscribed to his emails and on there it stated that he guarantees that you will have a full permanent cure from anxiety if your not cured in a year then he'll give you your money back, he's cured over 150 thousand people from anxiety just wondering if anyone here has ever done this or know anyone who has.

I havent tried the whole thing but I have one of the linden guided relaxation exercises which really helps me. Everytime I feel anxious I lie down, dim the lights, close my eyes and turn on the listening exercise. I can send it to you if you want.
