Eye twitching?

I've been having issues with both eyes twitching and a feeling of pressure in my forehead. Is this anxiety-related?? Has anyone else experienced this symptom?

I know anxiety can lead to a lot of weird symptoms, but this is a new one for me. :\

Do you think it might be related to a vitamin deficiency?

Yeah I've had that for like 3 weeks it's annoying but it's horrible once ya get a new thing ya haven't felt ya worry more thinking there something wrong with you I googled it when I had it, it said it's due to tiredness and stress I think that sums it up for me though.
