Does anybody else anxiety make them feel zombie like sometimes during the day. I guess that is the way to put it. Kinda like slow feeling. Especially if you just lay around. Kinda hard to explain.

Yes that is something like it also. Its such an annoying feeling. I don't know how to get reid of that or if that's possible. Just wanna feel normal again.

I get that feeling too, it almost feels as though I am drunk. My doctor says it is dissociation, it seems to go when my anxiety goes, but it also stars a vicious cycle of worry! I feel your pain! It is horrible!

Hey guys, i am new to this and have suffered anxiety and depression for the last 6 months that I have been aware of after having a break down basically. I get this also it's a strange feeling, I also get weird vision like I can't focus especially when I am moving its strange and hard to explain but can be very scary

Are you on any medications? I think that can be a side-effect.

(I used to get dizziness and 'whooshing' sensations which my doc said were a relatively common s/e)

Hi, I was taking lexapro and found it was really bad while taking it. I have stopped taking it 3 days ago and it has improved but I still suffer a little bit while driving it think it's anxiety

I've never been on lexapro - it's always worth trying a new medication which might have different or no s/e for you - I went through loads of meds before settling on one

Me all over this sometimes I go into a stare and can't get out of it. I got told it was my meds though
