Haven't had chest / arm pain since yesterday evening but about half an hour ago I got in car then I felt a bit of sick in back of throat swallowed it and then I started feeling chest pain and funny feeling in my arm for no reason

I'm sorry you're having that. That is the main symptom of my anxiety I've had all test and am good so I just try and tell myself I'm fine I've been checked out. I say that over and over till it's gone
