short of breathe

I get this everyday the need to breathe in / yawn until I can get a deep breathe :( had it about 8 month!! anyone else get this alot

I deff get that often. Specially when getting motivated to doing stuff.!

Yep, was one of the main symptoms when my anxiety was at its peak. Probably a really big one for most people too.

If you've had it for 8months emtw, you really should make some changes when it comes to the way you're tackling the disorder. This shouldn't really be a symptom you have for such a long time!
