Trouble swallowing

Does anyone else ever have trouble swallowing? It's more of a stiff feeling :( I do have TMJ so I don't know if that's what it is...always something new.

I do sometimes feel tight in the throat. Sometimes is lasts a couple days.

I'm gonna tell you how to ease tmj pain so you can tell If that's the cause. Google search the masseter muscle. When you find where it should be I want you to Clench you teeth teeth really hard. With your hand I want you to feel the side of your jaw where the mandible attaches. You should feel your masseter muscle when you clenched your teeth it will raise up some. When you find where your. Massater is put your index finger inside your mouth and your thumb on the outside of your mouth put the masseter muscle between your fingertips and kind of squeeze in move your thumb up and down give it a little bit of pressure so it gets down deep into the Massater do the same thing on the other side. And you should notice you masseter loosen up a little bit. When that happens TMJ pain will be greatly decreased. I hope this helps
