new and old symptoms

hi everyone, ive had a few new symptoms spring up recently, i keep getting like cold chills randomly, like ill get a weird feeling on my leg, or a part of my arm or something and a few goosebumps, really weird, and i also keep having muscle twitches in my feet, as well as a vibrating tapping twitchy feeling in one spot...i thought the muscle twitches were gone! anyone had these cold sensations and persistant twitch in one spot? like a buzzing almost.

Yeah I get that sometimes. I've always had it so I just thought it was normal. Weird how some symptoms don't worry people and others do. Just try and relax, it'll help.
