Hi - I've had anxiety/OCD tendencies my entire life and finally decided I wanted to (finally) try to beat instead of just living with it. My regular doctor started me on 50mg of sertraline and upped it to 100mg; but when that didn't work, I saw a psychiatrist that has switched me to escitalopram and trazodone - hopefully they work better! Finding the right medication isn't as easy as I'd hope for. But I'm glad to find a place where I can talk about it! :)

Hi there I'm new too. Finding the right medication combo can be very difficult. I'm also on lexapro plus a few other. Don't give up hope if they don't work because there are tons to try. Luckily my depression is pretty stable, still struggling with anxiety issues though which is why i'm here.

Thanks, I'm liking the new stuff better than just zoloft - though I'm taking half a pill and a lexapro each morning for a week and haven't taken the trazodone yet. I feel "better" today though!

Glad to hear it! I'm not familiar with trazodone but i'm also on ability and klonipins.
