Ribs hurt.

Hi,just wondered if anyone gets a feeling that someone is squeezing around your ribs?!!!!I feel like that I can't get air in,although my oxygen sats are 98 percent.I have rang docs but it is really freaking me out!any comments would be gratefully received!!!
